773 Richibucto RCACS is part of the Royal Canadian Air Cadet program for youth ages 12 to 18.
Cadets take part in aviation, leadership, citizenship, physical fitness, survival, drill, marksmanship and other activities while developing confidence, teamwork and responsibility.
The program gives young people the opportunity to learn new skills, make friends and gradually take on leadership responsibilities as they progress through their training.
773 Richibucto RCACS was created in 1965. For more than six decades, the squadron has provided generations of local youth with opportunities to learn, lead, serve their community and experience the Air Cadet Program.
In May 2027, 773 Richibucto RCACS will celebrate its 60th Annual Ceremonial Review — an important milestone in the squadron's history and an opportunity to recognize our cadets, staff, volunteers, families, alumni and community supporters.
The Annual Ceremonial Review is the squadron's formal year-end parade and a chance to showcase the achievements and progress of our cadets throughout the training year.
Regular training introduces cadets to a wide range of skills and experiences, with more responsibility as they advance.
Learn about aircraft, principles of flight, navigation, meteorology and aviation opportunities.
Develop teamwork, confidence, instructional skills and progressively greater leadership responsibility.
Practice outdoor skills, navigation, teamwork and safe participation during field exercises.
Develop air-rifle marksmanship skills through safe, supervised training and competition opportunities.
Participate in community events, ceremonial activities and opportunities to serve.
Build discipline, teamwork and confidence through parade and ceremonial training.
Explore cyber security through new challenges and activities that develop problem-solving, teamwork and digital skills.

Adult staff and volunteers work together to provide a safe, structured and engaging program for our cadets.
Cadet Instructor Cadre officers and other authorized adult staff plan and deliver training, supervise activities and support cadet development.
