Open T-ATL-773 Air in Teams ↗If you will miss regular Tuesday training, report your absence in advance whenever possible.
If you cannot attend a required parade, field exercise or other mandatory activity, let the squadron know as soon as possible.
If you registered or signed up for an optional activity and can no longer attend, report that absence too. Staff plan transportation, supervision and activities based on expected attendance.
Whenever possible, the cadet should submit their own absence report. Learning to communicate, take responsibility and keep their chain of command informed is part of the Cadet Program.
Parents and guardians should make sure the absence has been reported and may submit it when necessary.
